CASA MI, an impressive villa on the right bank of Lake Zurich, rises majestically above the rocky outcrop, resembling two giant square binoculars. The entire building is made of white exposed concrete, which not only has an elegant appearance, but also emphasises the monolithic effect of the structure.

Architects
CASAMI was designed by two architects, Ruben Daluz and Juan Gonzalez. Their joint discourse on the many facets of architecture has resulted in numerous successful and award-winning projects.

Sustainability
Sustainability is a top priority at CASA MI. The innovative SolarEis heating and cooling system from isocal, which uses photovoltaic panels, a heat pump and an ice storage system, ensures extremely efficient energy generation and significantly reduces heating costs. Thanks to generously dimensioned thermal insulation, almost no harmful emissions are produced. Even the pool can be heated with this environmentally friendly method.

Designer Kitchen
The modern designer kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The stylish black kitchen island from Bora with integrated induction hob and steam extractor immediately attracts attention.

With a generous food centre consisting of two refrigerators and a freezer from Gaggenau, an oven and a combi-steamer from V-ZUG, a dishwasher and the magnificent view of the infinity pool, cooking in this environment is a real pleasure.
